What TableTalkFP records
TableTalkFP records audio the user chooses to record in the browser. You can also upload an audio file you already have. We do not record in the background or from other apps.
Google sign-in
We collect the Google account name and email for sign-in only. The Google scopes we use are openid, email, and profile. TableTalkFP does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google data.
Use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How audio is processed and stored
Audio is uploaded to Vercel Blob storage and sent to xAI for speech-to-text with speaker labels and summaries. Transcripts, summaries, and metadata are stored in a Neon Postgres database.
Data is per-user. Only that user sees their meetings.
Consent and lawful use
Follow local recording and privacy laws. Get consent from everyone being recorded. You are responsible for lawful use of this service.
Users are responsible for telling people they record and for getting consent where the law requires it. Some places require all-party consent.
What we do not do
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep data until you ask us to delete it. Email meplumb@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and meeting data.
